Private Eye Frank McPuffin finds himself short a few memories as he investigates the kidnapping of one of Livestock City’s most prominent citizens.  With his trusty assistant Kiki Holiday by his side, Frank fights his way through the corrupt organization known as the Polka Dot Posse in a desperate attempt to find Anya Indigo, sister of supermodel Valasca Indigo.  At the top of it all is the city’s most dangerous gangster, E. Lectus, better known as the notorious Big E.
